🎬 We Are Hiring: Bengali Dubbing Artists for Micro-Drama Series
we’re seeking skilled Bengali Dubbing Artists for an ongoing project where you will be responsible for dubbing Chinese (Mandarin) micro-dramas into Bengali, utilizing SRT files to ensure accurate lip-sync with the original video.
📋 Job Overview
We are offering an exciting opportunity to work on Chinese-to-Bengali dubbing projects for micro-drama series. You will be provided with SRT files containing dialogue text, which you will need to match with the lip movements of the original Chinese actors in the video.
Language Pair: Chinese (Mandarin) to Bangla (Bengali)
Content Type: Micro-Drama Series
Episode Duration: 1:30–2 minutes per episode
Total Episodes: Approx. 100 episodes per series
Project Duration: Ongoing (Based on performance, with continued series)
Total Series Duration: 2–3 hours of content per series
Expected Output: At least 1 hour of final video per week (approx. 30 episodes/series per week/language)
🎯 Roles & Responsibilities
As a Bengali Dubbing Artist, your responsibilities will include:
1. Lip-Sync Dubbing:
Using the provided SRT files, you will deliver Bengali voice-overs that match the lip movements of the original Chinese actors.
Ensure that emotion and tone in the dialogue are preserved, while maintaining the natural flow of the scene.
2. Recording:
Record studio-quality, clear, and noise-free audio.
Ensure that the voice performance matches the emotional intensity of the original dialogue.
Provide multiple takes for critical lines to ensure optimal delivery.
3. Consistency & Accuracy:
Maintain consistent character voices across episodes to ensure familiarity.
Follow the lip-sync guidelines closely to match the timing and visual cues of the original performance.
🎯 Performance Expectations:
Deliver 1 hour of final video per week, which equates to about 30 episodes per week.
Ensure high-quality dubbing that aligns with the original video’s lip movements and emotional delivery.
💰 Payment Details:
Rate: 4k-6k per hour final output hour (completed video duration).
Payment Schedule: Between 20th–25th of each month.
Advance: Available after delivery of initial QC-approved episodes.
Payment Method: Bank transfer, UPI (for India) or Wise (for international payments).
If you are able to handle mixing & subtitling as well, it would be an added advantage, and we are open to adjusting the budget accordingly.

Experienced Bengali dubbing artists (Male/Female).
Must have a home studio or access to professional recording facilities.
Expertise in lip-syncing and dynamic voice performance.
Committed to delivering high-quality output within the given weekly targets.
If you can handle mixing and provide a finished product with fully mixed audio, it would be a great advantage and will be reflected in the budget.
