🎬 We Are Hiring: Bengali Video Editor for Chinese-to-Bengali Micro-Drama Subtitle Integration (Long-Term Project)

Looking for a skilled Bengali Video Editor who can add subtitles in Bengali to Chinese micro-drama videos. If you can also handle basic audio mixing and mastering, that’s a big plus — we offer extra payment for that. This is a long-term opportunity, and we prefer individual editors, not studios.

📌 Position: Bengali Video Editor (Subtitle Integration)

📍 Work Type: Remote

📅 Project Duration: Long-Term (6+ Months Expected)

🎯 Job Role & Responsibilities:

You will work with Chinese micro-dramas (1.5 to 2.5 minutes per episode) and add Bengali subtitles based on the SRT files provided by us. You need to make sure:

Subtitles are perfectly timed to the dialogues
Font, size, positioning, and readability follow the reference sample
Subtitles do not overlap with faces or essential visuals
Where needed, slight timing adjustment in subtitle for lip-sync readability
Output should be clean, professional, and as per OTT standards
Remove Chinese subtitles from video then put bengali

🎧 Bonus (If You Have These Skills)

If you can also do:

Basic Mixing & Mastering of dialogues with background audio
Noise removal & clean transitions in VO tracks

💻 Software & Device Requirements:

Must have access to PC or phone editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, etc.)
Should be able to handle subtitle integration comfortably
Basic understanding of audio layers is preferred (for those applying with mixing skills)

💸 Payment Details:

₹2,000 – ₹3,000 per final video hour
Advance possible after successful QC of the first few episodes
Payment Timeline: 20th–25th of every month
Mode: UPI, Bank Transfer (India); Wise/Payoneer (International)

📝 Project Volume:

Each episode: 1.5 – 2.5 mins
Total episodes per series: 100+
Weekly goal: Minimum 1 hour of final output (approx. 30 episodes/week)

✅ Who Can Apply:

Freelancers / Individual Editors with good experience in subtitle addition
Fluent in Bangla language (written & spoken)
Comfortable working with Chinese video (no need to know Chinese – we’ll provide SRTs)
Those with experience in basic sound mixing/editing will be given preference and paid extra
