Now, as we move to the payment and closure phase, please carefully read the instructions below to ensure a smooth process for everyone.

💸 Payment Cycle & Conditions

Payment Window: Between the 20th to 25th of every month.
Important Condition: Payment is only processed after full and final delivery is approved by our QC & client team.
Partial or incomplete submissions will not be considered for payment until finalized.

📄 What You Need to Submit

To help us process your payment efficiently, please prepare and submit the following:

1. ✅ Invoice Format (PDF Preferred)

Your invoice should include:

✅ Series Name
✅ Episode Number
✅ Duration of each episode (in minutes or hours)
✅ A final summary of total minutes or hours worked
Example:

Total		39 mins

2. 💳 Bank Account Details

Attach your bank details along with the invoice. This helps our accounts team avoid delays or confusion.
