About the Project

At Creta Media, we’re leading a high-quality multilingual dubbing and post-production initiative for an international content series (Chinese-to-Bengali/Hindi).

We are looking to collaborate with only experienced and professional individuals or teams who can deliver broadcast-level results consistently.

This is not just another freelance gig — this is a structured, deadline-driven, creative and technical project that demands commitment, clarity, and quality.

We're actively hiring for the following professional roles:

🎙 Voice Artists – Bengali & Hindi (Male/Female)

Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality dubbing with lip-sync and emotion.

Use a professional mic/studio setup.

Requirements:

Native fluency in Bengali or Hindi.

Prior dubbing experience is mandatory.

Must have home setup or studio.

✍Chinese to Hindi/Bengali Translators (with QC Responsibilities)

Responsibilities:

Good Experience in AI chatbot like chatgpt,deepseek,Grok,Copilot

Extract SRT from raw Chinese videos using AI.

Having Knowledge of Srt Edit

Translate into natural, localized Bengali.

Perform full Quality Check with lip-sync and subtitle timing.

Requirements:

Strong Hindi Bengali writing and localization skills.

Experience with dubbing/subtitling a big plus.

🎬 Video Editors – Subtitles & Effects

Responsibilities:

Edit video with subtitle integration and effects.

Remove or Blur chinese subtitles

Ensure audio-visual sync and polished output.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Capcut,Filmora or similar.

Only experienced professionals will be considered.

🎧 Audio Engineers – Mixing & Mastering

Responsibilities:

Balance dialogue, background music, and SFX.

Deliver professional audio quality ready for release.

Requirements:

Expert in Daws like Adobe Audition, Pro Tools,Cubase,Reaper,Fl Studio expertise.

Experience in dubbing-based projects preferred.

📋 Project Managers (Bengali/Hindi Fluent)

Responsibilities:

Coordinate teams, track deadlines, manage workflow.

Ensure quality control and smooth episode delivery.

Requirements:

Fluency in Bengali & Hindi.

Experience in handling media/localization projects.

🏢 Full-Service Post-Production Studios

Responsibilities:

Ensure consistency and quality across the board.

Requirements:

Team with voice artists, editors, engineers.

Strong portfolio and infrastructure required.

Manage entire episodes: dubbing, editing, mixing, final delivery.

💰 Payment Policy

Payment Date: Every month between 20th to 25th.

Billing Basis: Work will be calculated based on total hours completed in the month.

Minimum Target: 10 hours per month

Maximum Target (if available): Up to 30 hours per month

Note: Payment will be processed only for work that is submitted, approved, and passes the QC process.

💼 Payment Rates (Per Hour)

🎙 Premium Hindi Dubbing Artists: ₹6,000 – ₹12,000

🎙 Bengali Dubbing Artists: ₹6,000 – ₹7,000

✍ Translators & Proofreaders (Bengali): ₹1,000 – ₹2,000

🎧 Mixing & Mastering Engineers: ₹1,500 – ₹3,000

🎬 Subtitle Editors (with effects): ₹1,500 – ₹2,000

💰Project Manager -8k/Month
